We contacted Jack to sell our first home due to all the amazing reviews, and he certainly lived up to expectations and then exceeded them! Everything about the process felt perfectly handled and best in class, from the communication, professionalism, transparency, listing of the home (especially photography and layout), all signing steps, and even some home warranty claims. Whenever we hit unavoidable bumps in the road, Jack had the best advice and experiences to share, and went above and beyond to help us over each hurdle. We will be recommending him to all our friends in Reno for both purchasing and selling homes. Even the title office we met with for final signing told us Jack is the best and they work with thousands of Realtors.

Jack was committed and very responsive from the start to finish. I never even met Jack and he handled everything (repairs, carpets, painting, inspections, etc.) so I didn't have to even visit the investment property. Ended up with a price that he told us from the start. I'm not usually impressed by real estate agents but Jack did a great job.

TLDR, Jack Cote is a spectacular realtor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! We had a tricky out of state move with a constrained timeline, which we thought was going to be very stressful. After interviewing several realtors, we finally found Jack, and knew from our first conversation that he was a cut above the rest! Jack helped us narrow down our list of 25-30 homes down to a top 3 by the time we came up to Reno for in-person showings. His video tours are tremendously helpful for remote buyers, or even busy buyers that don’t have the time to look at every single house. I have re-watched the tour he did for us on our final choice dozens of times. He points out flaws and features we would not have noticed or even thought to look for. This was our fourth home purchase, and even with the long-distance component, was by far the least stressful. We’ve worked with and interviewed a lot of realtors over the years as buyers and sellers, and Jack is easily the most knowledgeable we have had, with tons of practical, experienced advice. Jack’s team and network made the inspections and closing coordination a breeze, so smooth we were even able to move up the closing date! Our total process from initial call to closing date was exactly 7 weeks, which is about half as long as our others have taken, not to mention half as stressful. To top that off, he’s just a really nice guy, and does extra things like collect boxes after you’re done moving to pass along to another client who needs them – so thoughtful! He has continued to help us coordinate repairs and improvements for us after the sale, making yet another aspect of our move easier. Jack will be the only guy we will call next time!

We searched for a home in Reno for 11 months, and Jack and Melody guided us every step of the way. We toured more than 50 homes and explored nearly every area of Reno. When we weren’t in town, Jack thoughtfully recorded detailed videos, inside and out, with objective, insightful comments that helped us truly understand each property.We made offers on five homes, and thanks to Jack’s deep understanding of our needs, we felt confident enough to make offers based solely on his video walkthroughs.
