We came to look at a property 4640 W 39th Avenue, Denver, CO 80212and she has it listed as a 6250 sq ft lot and also says perfect low maintenance yard for dogs and kids. There is NO YARD and the lot is about 3k sq ftThis house has been listed for a long time so either she is very dishonest or a moron. Either way I’d stay away

Julie's representative that she had hosting an open house was incredibly rude to my family and my realtor. Upon our arrival she didn't bother to great us with anything more than asking if one of us was an agent. When my realtor affirmed he was the agent, she expressed doubt and said "if you are an agent, sign the sheet." After that, she went inside and didn't speak a single word or acknowledge us any other way. We were the only ones there at the time.

Julie is amazing. She recently sold my long time home and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Julie was always very professional and right on with all her suggestions on advice and procedures on selling my house. She made me feel like I was the most important person she was working with though I knew she also was very busy assisting others in their real estate quests. I highly recommend Julie Leins on buying, selling or answering questions about real estate. She’s the best!

Julie is an outstanding realtor and a true professional. She is knowledgeable, responsive, organized and a pleasure to work with. Her amazing marketing practices which included beautiful and professional photographs of our property, as well as access to a home stager were all pivotal in the quick sale of our home. We were under contract within 24 hours with 8 offers, all above asking! She was also extremely helpful with assisting our on the purchase of our new build, connecting us with a lender, and keeping us updated on the whole process. I would highly recommend Julie whether you are buying or selling.

Julie is a real estate wizard! She spent countless hours on the phone and in person with me answering my many many questions both before we began our home search and during, never was a question too petty or complicated for her to explain the answer to me. Being first time home buyers this was a huge deal to my husband and I because the questions were MANY! She patiently and joyfully hauled my three small kiddos with me in and out of houses for showings and made the whole process and fun adventure for them as well so that I was able to freely take my time and look around. Once we found our dream home she walked us thru closing with so much confidence and ease, explaining each step along the way so we never felt a moment of uncertainty. We cannot recommend Julie enough, she is the real deal!

If your looking for someone that has your best interests at heart and goes extra mile. This is her! I am in another state and bought our house sight unseen other than the pictures online and through Facetime with Julie and my daughter whom Julie picked up on our home hunt. I can't even put it into words of how happy we are with Julie! She is absolutely amazing. We gained a great friend too. So happy we found her. Julie is an OUTSTANDING real estate broker, and beyond skilled throughout every facet of her profession. She knows the industry inside and out and is highly respected by her peers (which definitely says a lot about her character.) Her negotiation abilities are second to none, which she clearly demonstrated during our final closing and the incident that transpired. The sellers of the property had not completed or honored the contract agreement in full, and Julie had to strongly intervene with the seller's realtor (who turned out to be the wife and co-owner of the property.) Julie stood her ground for us and ensured the 'seller/realtor' completed the necessary elements in order for us to close on time. She even stood up to the realtor's husband (seller) when he stormed into the escrow office and caused an unnecessary and unprofessional scene (it was extremely upsetting)... However, Julie remained 100% professional and calm, even when the other realtor and her husband did not. That said, Julie will always be our immediate 'go-to' realtor from this moment on; she has proven herself to be an invaluable and trusted advisor, and we truly understand the importance of having an 'EXPERT' present during any real estate transaction. Thank you Julie for ALL your help!

We met Julie 4 1/2 years ago when she helped us find our first house and now she sold that house for us. Julie will do anything for her clients. She has become a good friend to us and I cannot say enough about her. She was so patient and positive with my many daily anxiety ridden texts when we we selling and moving out of state. Julie truly is a rockstar!!!!
