Julie is by far the most effective real estate professional I’ve worked with over the last 45 years. She gave us excellent market analysis, upgrade recommendations, contractor referrals, staging advice, and marketing and sales support (over 50 buyers looked at the property in 5 days). We sold well over list price and well over our best case expectation! It was incredible.

I can't say enough positive things about Julie and her team. She is truly one of a kind, and I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home or selling their home. She will go above and beyond for you and your needs.We have been working with Julie for 3 years as we tried to find a new home to buy, and eventually to sell our old home. She has been extremely communicative, and has answered every question we've had immediately. During the sale of our home in West Hartford, she placed our house in front of so many people and created such a buzz about the house that we had over 50 showings and about 60 people arrive for the open house. From there, she gathered every offer and worked to get us the best price with the lowest contingencies. We ended up with an amazing offer that was high above our asking price with zero contingencies due to her diligence.She fights hard for her customers and goes above and beyond every other realtor we have ever met. Other realtors have lacked in communication, or have had instances where they have dropped the ball. Julie makes sure every detail is completely and thoroughly addressed during the entire buy/sell process. She even sends out various people to aid in the sale of the home, such as her interior decorator. Julie also has the names of the best contractors in the area to ensure the home looks spectacular when it is time to sell.I will never use another realtor again. I highly recommend Julie and her team!

Julie was the buying agent on our recent home purchase. I can’t imagine having a better agent to work with in such a competitive market. She was extremely responsive and in constant contact with us. She answered all our questions patiently and promptly. We never felt pressured by her nor did she push us out of our comfort zone with budget. At the same time, she is a superb negotiator with an aggressive yet professional approach. She was not going to let us lose our house but also got us a beautiful updated home for under asking price. Julie explained the entire process ahead of time which happened exactly how she said it would. I was incredibly impressed with Julie Corrado and her entire team. Julie is highly knowledgeable, driven, and her dedication to her clients is second to none. She demonstrated patience and compassion when assisting my parents who have been married for almost 60 years say goodbye to a home they had loved and lived in for 55 years. Her sunny disposition and positive can-do attitude made the transition to their new home a seamless one. Her unique skillset and successful track record has led to a large client base, yet somehow she was always reachable at a moments notice, even for the smallest of questions. I feel so fortunate that Julie came into our lives.
