Joshua stuck with us over the span of a few years. We had planned on moving to Utah a few years ago. He spent a week showing us houses that fit the ticket perfectly. However circumstances changed and we had to put things on hold. In the meantime, our criteria changed significantly. He set up an email service that sent us information on newly available houses were sent to us almost daily. We frequently changed criteria, and he immediately adjusted the service accordingly. Finally, a couple years later, we were ready once again to look at houses in person. Joshua once again spent several full days with us looking at house after house (one day, we looked at 10!). Finally, we found one we fell in love with. We close on it today. Joshua was on the ball and fully supportive through the negotiations and closing process. Highly recommended!

Joshua is the best! There is not a better, more skilled, more efficient, more knowledgeable, more pleasant real estate agent anywhere. He worked extra hard for us because we were from out of town, selling our house long distance. He took care of every single conceivable problem or detail that came up, even things we did not think about. He always was available when we needed to communicate. If he missed our call he responded very quickly. And he worked so well with buyers and their agents! He, and made everything work. Everybody was happy! We recommend Josh 1000%. You cannot do better than him.

I cannot overstate how thrilled I am with Josh! From start to finish he made things so easy! His written style (via email) was clear, informative, and very well written. He was in communication and available through text to just the right amount. We experienced a couple of offers and he helped navigate us through those. He didn’t push his opinions but did freely give his advice when I asked. He has great experience and is market-savvy and I really trusted his thoughts, advice, and information!He was a great negotiator!
