Josh was excellent to work with! Very professional, super knowledgeable about the market and the industry. He is very efficient, was very quick to respond to all of the questions. He went above and beyond (literally) to help sell our property. If you are buying or selling then this is the guy for you! Do yourself the favor and let this guy handle it for you...you will be very thankful!

Josh was great throughout the whole buying experience. I already had a house picked out but Josh was still very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the process. He always answered texts and calls asap and if he was busy he would let me know that He would reach out soon. If you are buying or selling, Josh Gregorio is your guy! I was referred to Josh by a close friend, her referral sounded too good to be true, but Josh did not disappoint! He is absolutely proficient in the market, will give you the direction you need, and help you throughout the entire process. This man replied to emails, texts, and calls with allll the questions I had with and he always had a calm demeanor and honest advice. I could not be more impressed with his work ethic! Do yourself a favor and call Josh, give him the chance to not only help you buy or sell in the Bakersfield market, but show you what it’s like to work with such an esteemed professional and all around great guy! Our house sold quickly and with very little stress on our end. I cannot thank Josh and his team enough for everything!

A few weeks ago we stopped in at an open house and met Josh and AJ. I’ve never bought a house before, but an opportunity presented itself so we started looking. Josh and AJ were very friendly, professional, punctual and well versed in the world of real estate. We were seeking to buy a house quickly so our three kids could start school on time. Josh and AJ showed us a bunch of houses, we found one that we liked, we negotiated a fair price and moved in on schedule. Buying a house for the first time, I had a lot of questions not only about real estate but about registering kids for school, construction/repairs, solar panels, appliances and more. Josh and AJ were quick to answer all of our questions or point us in the right direction. Also, they got us set up with a lender who was equally helpful. These guys really went above and beyond to make sure we got the house that we wanted. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house or other piece of property. 10/10

Josh and this company were fantastic. They helped assist me the entire process and as first time home buyer they answered all my questions. They were referred to me by my sister and I would refer them to anyone buying or selling a property. Five stars isn’t enough, I’d give more if I could.
