Thank goodness for Jordan. firstly, I live in California and the property was in Nevada. My California real estate agent suggested I reach out to Mr. Ames since she did not have a license to sell in Nevada. She advised us he was reliable, professional, and that he knew his craft. she was absolutely correct. Jordan worked hard for us. I appreciated his communication. He kept me informed about traffic to the property, offers, and made suggestions that we could discuss on pricing. He remained cognizant of what my wishes were each time I spoke to him and I did not have to worry that he had his own agenda. He provided valuable insight, professional opinions based on his experiences, and much needed guidance. He sold the property for what I was asking for and made the process seamless and easy. This was the second property Jordan sold for us and we could not have been more pleased. For him to work as diligently as head did while maintaining an optimum level of business ethic, while never meeting in person, speaks to both his character and is work ethic. We highly recommend him.
