The team at Chappell is incredible. We worked with Billy Hoffman for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Billy and the team at Chappell made the selling process incredibly simple. With the purchase of our new home, we had very challenging circumstances with the seller of the property, but Billy went above and beyond what any relator should ever have to do to ensure we got our dream home. We honestly wouldn't of been able to do it with out Billy and the Chappell Team. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Billy was awesome with the purchase our new construction home. He handled every detail snd was so helpful since we were relocating from out of town. He had our best interest at heart and pushed for us to get what we wanted and didn’t back down until we were happy. Billy is the best, thank you Billy!!!

Working with Billy at Chappell made the home buying process near frictionless, which is probably the highest praise I could give a realtor. We purchased a an older home outside city limits with some land that needed a bit of work. We knew going in this wasn't a typical property, but Billy didn't back down from the challenge and helped us get a great deal on exactly what we wanted. He is an expert on the home buying process itself but also brought a ton of value in understanding aspects of home improvement/permitting, negotiation strategy, and understanding our vision for the future. And what he didn't already know, he took the time to dive in and learn, which I greatly appreciate. What made Billy so responsive was the team and systems behind the agent. Chappell's client concierge, Katie Lewis, was making things happen behind the scenes every day. From the day we put an offer in, she laid out a roadmap complete with calendar invites, checklists, and contact info for every relevant thing (inspections, repairs, tests, etc) we had to do during the process. This takes a ton of stress off the buyer by providing a concise list of reliable 3rd parties to work with. I can't overstate this value enough. Also telling is that weeks after our purchase was finalized, they both were checking up on us to make sure things went smoothly. I would and will recommend this team to anyone buying or selling in the Triangle!

This was our second time purchasing a home using Chappell Residential as our buyers agent. From our very first conversation all the way through closing, Johnny, Billy and their team handled EVERYTHING perfectly. My wife and I can be a little extra and both Johnny and Billy were very patient and excellent advocates. Billy was very responsive and professional throughout the process of finding and buying our home. Seamless and smooth from start to finish and always had a positive attitude. We had fun throughout the process, and Billy was always willing to look at a wide range of houses as we discovered what we wanted in our home. Eventually got exactly the home we wanted in a challenging environment (during the middle of the COVID lockdown) in a beautiful neighborhood.

Johnny, Katie and Meg are a stacked team! Highly recommend Chappell!! Katie found our “farmhouse” that we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable about researching homes and what to look for that could cost us money down the road. She coordinated all the logistics and teamed up with great vendors to provide the services needed during the process. She is a fantastic negotiator trying to save you the most money she can. Truly can not say enough good things about her!Johnny and Meg sold our home. They told us what to fix and what not to before listing which saved us money on things we planned to do but were not needed. The photographer they team up with is incredible! The pictures and drone video made our house look perfect! In the end we had 13 offers all above asking!!! The whole process with the Meg was flawless and we felt like we were in great hands. I couldn't recommend Johnny and his team highly enough. We sold and bought a house with them and they responded immediately to any questions and never made us feel like we were being too needy. I can't put into words how grateful I am to Meg, Johnny & the rest of the Chappell team (Katie & Starla). We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Relocating out of state, & selling a home, can be extremely stressful. However, we were so blessed not to have to worry about the sale of our home. Meg & Johnny are experts @ what they do. As a result are home was sold within 30 days. I highly recommend the Chappell team.
