John was extremely helpful through the whole process of selling my Mom's house. He gave great detailed information about expected selling prices and walked us through each offer as they came through and answered any questions we had during the closing. He really has a wealth of local knowledge and I highly recommend that you use his services if you are buying or selling your house.

Recently worked with John Walker to sell my mother's home. The experience was great. He helped me throughout the whole process, provided answers to all my questions, and helped give advice on various aspects of the steps leading to the listing, showings, and then the sale.He was very prompt to answer my inquiries and very flexible especially since most of the time I was not in the region. This really shined when an issue came up related to a gas leak at the house and trying to get everything done remotely was getting difficult. He helped identify another plumber to get competing quote and helped advise how to get the repair done while I was not able to be present.Needless to say, everything involving the sale smoothly all the way through to the closing. I highly recommend working with John if you are looking to sale your home.
