Beyond our expectations!!! John was recommended by a close family friend for the sale of our family home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and priced our home perfectly. He got us the best price possible for our family home and explained the process every step of the way. He was professional and courteous even when we were a bit frustrated with the process. He helped me immediately find resources to clean and prepare the condo for sale so the pictures would show well (and they were wonderful) and I appreciated his realistic look at the local market.
