I can't even begin to tell you how many things this team did for us. Above and beyond for sure. From meeting with contractors when we were not able to attend to recommendations for certain services we needed - like house cleaning and lawn care - to finding that nice balance of listening to our concerns and suggestions with their knowledge of the area and market. We ended up getting three offers within two weeks..so, we had to rely heavily on their knowledge as to how to proceed. AND - they sent us a thank you card AND thank you gift after the house closed. I couldn't recommend this team more....but, shout out to Jill and Jeannette in particular. As I told Jill - they have a well-oiled machine over there.

They stayed with us through the process of preparing the house and yard for showing and recommended contract assistance when we needed it. They organized an open house and advertising, primarily in online media, that brought us 3 good offers immediately. She provided good negotiating advice in dealing with the offers, leading to a successful sale above our asking price. They guided us through the arcane legal process of making the sale and, especially important to us, provided us with the ability to approve documents online.
