Jessica is super knowledgeable and helpful through the process. She was the perfect blend of encouraging us not to settle but also helped us find something we wanted whilst also being realistic, while also maintaining our nonnegotiables as well. We found her by chance but we are so grateful because she truly knows what she is doing! Also she is super responsive, has a great sense of humor and has a great team as well (also grateful for our time with Priscilla).

I met Jessica a year ago. I knew after our visit that I only wanted her to sell my house. I year later I contacted her and I was finally ready. She told me exactly what to do. She had a remarkable stager come in and completely transformed my house. Yes… there were things I didn’t want to do. It meant additional work I wasn’t expecting. Well when the house went live on the market we had 20 people the first weekend. Two contracts and she was able to sell the house for $24000 over the listing price. I have dealt with other agents in the past , however Jessica is hands above the agents I have worked with in the past
