Jessica is super knowledgeable and helpful through the process. She was the perfect blend of encouraging us not to settle but also helped us find something we wanted whilst also being realistic, while also maintaining our nonnegotiables as well. We found her by chance but we are so grateful because she truly knows what she is doing! Also she is super responsive, has a great sense of humor and has a great team as well (also grateful for our time with Priscilla).

I met Jessica a year ago. I knew after our visit that I only wanted her to sell my house. I year later I contacted her and I was finally ready. She told me exactly what to do. She had a remarkable stager come in and completely transformed my house. Yes… there were things I didn’t want to do. It meant additional work I wasn’t expecting. Well when the house went live on the market we had 20 people the first weekend. Two contracts and she was able to sell the house for $24000 over the listing price. From the get-go, Jessica was in it to win it. The concierge service she provides is unmatched, in my experience (this is the third house we’ve sold in the last 6 years). She starts off with questionnaires to learn more about you, discusses those and purposes to flip any negative scripts in addition to purposing to meet your “love languages” for lack of a better phrase. Her goal is to provide her service in a way that YOU work best with. I just really appreciated all of that about her! And she did just that! Moreover, Jessica has an amazing team at her agency as well as an amazing team of vendors who I sincerely thank for making this all possible.Fast forward - Because of her expertness, we had a solid offer after just nine days on the market! And to make it even better, she talked them up to several thousand over-asking! It was AMAZING! Alas, we had quite a few surprises during this process but Jessica was always quick to problem solve and come up with solutions to work over any hurdle we came across. Further, I was a hot mess to work with and she just wouldn’t quit me! (I cooled down to more of a room-temp mess after a bit. Haha!)She worked and worked and got us that second SOLID offer and here we are. Finally closed on this house. Jessica was such a fantastic person to work with and if we were still buying or selling in Connecticut, we would always choose her. I know that she is constantly educating herself to be top notch in the industry and I know her clients are her priority. Let me start by saying how lucky we were to have Jessica representing us for our home purchase as well as selling the house we were renting from! She was prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient to name just a few things.She made it easy for us to have one point of contact through the entire process. She knew what to look for even before the inspection, from the roof to the foundation. She immediately took note of electrical systems, walked us through the history of the water heater brand, was privy to the time era of our house and architectural details, even down to the soffit venting in the attic. Jessica seamlessly dips into everyone’s role where she is needed.
