Jane was an angel in helping me sell my parents' home in Carolina Preserve. I don't know how I would have gotten through a very difficult time of managing numerous impossible tasks without her help. She is very local to the area and sells many homes in the area too, so she is knowledgable about absolutely everything, and she knows everyone. For many years, I've been following her and seeing how fast she is able to sell homes, in addition to every single neighbor and website recommending her, and I'm not surprised. I've never sold a home before, and she was sooooo friendly and patient and helpful in explaining everything to me every step along the way, she's super responsive, appropriate with offering recommendations when I was stuck while maintaining boundaries for me to make my own decisions, and very open and honest with the process from beginning. She also is connected to every person and service that I needed, from cleaning out giant furniture to painting to plumbing, and not only would connect directly to hire the help, she would come to the house and meet them. She also stopped by the house numerous times to check on it after storms, to adjust the settings during season changes, and make sure everything was okay. I am not just impressed with her, I am overwhelmed with how lucky I was to be able to work with her. She made selling this house the simplest part of a difficult time, and for a first time home seller out of state, that meant the world to me. So grateful! She's amazing.

I am so glad Iisted my house with Jane Lee. She is extremely professional, experienced and communicative. There were several complications with my sale, some expected and some unexpected. Jane did an incredible job! I live out of state and needed someone to sell my father’s house. Jane helped me every step of the way! Jane went over to the house multiple times to meet cleaners, painters and carpet cleaners. She sold the house very quickly and was able to make the selling process very easy even from 800 miles away.

I could not have been happier working with Jane Lee as my selling agent. She is the consummate professional with great communication skills, and she draws upon her wealth of experience to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I needed sell my mother's home after she passed away, and I had no idea how the process would work. She explained how in NC, each of my 5 siblings and their spouses were now on the deed and each would have to sign critical paperwork during the sale process. With 2 of my siblings living outside of the US, this was very important information to have early in the process so that we could plan accordingly. When it came to assessing the house for needed repairs, she provided the numbers of trusted businesses and handymen and she even identified a new type of window repair that saved us thousands of dollars that would have been spent replacing defective windows. Her negotiation skills as we approached closing were impressive, which again saved us thousands of dollars. I could not be more impressed with Jane or more thankful for her help selling our mother's home.
