Jim was great to work with on he purchase of our home. He has extensive knowledge of the area as well as many of the homes in the area. He listened carefully to our wants and needs. When am out of state family emergency arose he helped get the closing taken care of so that only one of had to be at the closing. I have already recommended him and would again!

Jim is very great to work with, gives 100% to his clients, and makes house buying and selling easy. He has sold two houses for me and helped me purchase two homes. He listened to my concerns and eased my mind as I was selling my homes. Also, he worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend him!
