Working with Valerie was an outstanding experience. When I requested Zillow to connect me with a broker in the Bakersfield area where I was looking for a retirement house I wasn't sure what to expect (inexperience? poor responsiveness?). But any concerns were quickly dismissed when I was connected with Valerie and the Marquez team. They were very knowledgeable; incredibly responsive; proactive; an advocate for me in the negotiation process; and not "pushy" despite our taking some time to decide on a property. She even went the extra mile to make sure at our closing that we had all the contact information for setting up our utilities and services. This was a great home buying experience, and I highly recommend the Marquez team (particularly Valerie)!!
