I really appreciate this real estate agent’s professionalism and thoughtful approach.When we first mentioned the possibility of selling our property, the agent did not immediately push us to list the home. Instead, after about three days, they came back fully prepared with detailed materials and a comprehensive market analysis covering the short-term and mid-to-long-term market outlook.They also took the time to understand our family’s actual needs, discuss possible pricing expectations, and carefully explain the current market situation. Most importantly, the agent encouraged our family to communicate thoroughly among ourselves first before making any final decision, to ensure we truly wanted to sell the property.I felt this level of patience, professionalism, and respect for the client’s long-term interests is rare. I had a wonderful experience working with Irene, Ricky and their entire team! We were in escrow within 2 weeks from the listing going live... and closed 2 weeks after that! The entire team was responsive, communicative and knowledgeable... and what sets them apart from the rest is their outstanding marketing! The photos and videos truly highlighted the strengths of the home and drew in loads of potential buyers. Overall, I highly recommend!

Review for Irene and Ricky Real Estate GroupI started looking for a home Jan 2025.I met Irene on July 2025. I purchased my home on Nov 2025. Before meeting Irene, I had already seen around 80 homes. In total, I visited over 100 homes before finding the right one. Irene worked with me for nearly 5 months and put in more than 8 offers on 5 different homes before securing our current home for a better deal than I could have imagined. Reasons I am so happy to have worked with Irene: 1. Well-connected:The main reason I would recommend Irene is that she is so well connected. She knew all the realtors of the homes we put in offers for. If we wanted the home, she would contact them immediately and get me all the details on how we should approach the offer near real-time.2. Reliable & Experienced: She has most likely sold or purchased a similar home to what you are looking for. She knows dates / prices and lot types and can give you recommendations with proof to back it up. You want someone like her in your corner whether buying or selling your home. There is a reason she has been the #1 realtor in Irvine (volume-based) for the past 2 consecutive years.3. Honest: She really wants what is best for you. She also wants your business now as well as in the future. I’m extremely meticulous with my purchases and do extensive research and comparison shopping. Buying a home took that approach to an entirely new hyper-methodical level. Irene matched my obsessiveness with her diligence and never missed a detail. I interviewed many agents before deciding on Irene and Ricky, and chose them because they were the only ones honest enough to tell me not just what to buy, but also what not to buy. Other agents I spoke with simply pushed “buy, buy, buy” and claimed that real estate in Irvine only goes up. I was definitely not disappointed with my choice.Ricky gave us excellent guidance during our tours, clearly explaining which homes made sense and which didn’t, and ultimately helped us find a house we truly loved. Irene, Ricky, and Jackie also helped us negotiate the price, guided us through the entire closing process, and were incredibly responsive—often available nearly 24/7.I was truly impressed by their dedication and professionalism, and couldn’t be happier with their service.
