A big thanks to Inna and her crew for helping us buy our house during the end of a very crazy home-buying season (late summer 2022)! When we met for the first time, Inna quickly realized we were numbers people and pulled out her computer to walk us through a database she has access to that includes all sorts of details on houses currently on the market as well as historical sales. She was able to send us details about the local market of houses we were looking at as well as use it to help us set the price when we put in our final bid.Inna was available at almost any day or hour we wanted to go look at a house, and always had useful insight and feedback. This was our first home-buying experience and learned a lot from her!During our crazy two-week close, either Inna or someone she worked with was always available to pop over to our future house and let an inspector in. In addition, the support network Inna works with, including lawyers, were also very helpful and accommodating.I'd recommend Inna and her crew for anyone, including those new to home-buying and who appreciate approaching the process through data!

When I was searching for an agent, I was looking for someone responsive and knowledgeable. What I found in Inna was so much more. I had interviewed a couple of other agents and Inna was an easy choice. She definitely went the extra mile in terms of trying to understand my needs, researching the inventory, and educating me about what I needed to know going into this market. The only challenge I encountered was that she is incredibly friendly and has good looks to go with it. This can be distracting and highly addictive. Ultimately, she delivered on her promise and got me exactly the property I was looking for. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house or investment property. I'll be buying/selling my next property with her for sure.

Inna is an incredible realtor. From the moment we first connected (she answered the phone on my FIRST try!) to helping us find a house in Chape Hill and sell our Durham home, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. My wife and I had started to casually look for a house and met Inna at an open house event for a property she was selling. While that particular house wasn't for us, we really enjoyed our brief conversation with Inna and felt like we would like to work with her to find our house. From the first email sent to the closing date for our new email Inna was always very responsive to our requests and engaged in the effort for finding us a home. Even though she has multiple clients she always made us feel like we were her only client. Additionally, her knowledge of the Chapel Hill/Durham area was extremely helpful for better understanding neighborhoods and connecting with various contractors and vendors when it came time to purchase our home. It was great to work with Inna and her team (Mary Jo and others) during the recent sale of our property in Durham, NC. Inna gave us great advice in terms of what we needed to do (and didn't need to do) to prepare the home for sale, and had a number of reliable contractors on standby if we needed assistance. She was extremely patient with me and my frequent lack of availability, and knows the market dynamics inside and out. If I had to single out one thing that made Inna exceptional it would be her talent for preparing and staging the home to show its true potential. I would absolutely work with Inna again if the opportunity presents itself...she delivers!

Inna came highly recommended from a friend to use as a buyer's agent. My husband and I are newly weds and were looking for our first home when we contacted her. She was very responsive to our initial email and set up a meeting to get to know one another the same day! She took the time to get to know us and personalize our search accordingly. Given the high-paced housing market now, we were worried about finding a home we loved within our budget. However, Inna had gone out of her way to help guide us through the entire process and help us find our new beloved home! Furthermore, she has excellent insight in what to look for in a home. For example, she knew relative costs of renovations and how to incorporate that into our budget based on the houses we saw. We highly recommend her and her team!
