Holly is full of experience and knowledge. She is responsive to all needs. She worked tirelessly to sell our property. Phone calls, visits, and interventions galore. She was on top of everything at all times. Every time a problem popped up, she was there to provide a solution and quick response. Her advice on listing price was spot on because she knows the area market very well. She negotiated well with the buyers agent and even took care of some issues that she could have left for others to figure out. She took time with me and promptly answered every call, text, & email. Whenever I got stressed, Holly had the perfect words for the situation to alleviate my concerns. I can highly recommend that anyone use Holly for their next home buying or selling needs.

Holly was so knowledgeable about our unique market and very accommodating to our specific needs. She was also patient with our questions and helped supply factual information to ease our many questions which made our first time selling experience a breeze. We are already working with her again on another property buying hunt for a commercial project and know our interests will be very well represented.
