We had used Don in the past to buy land and had a good experience working with home. He knew we were looking to sell our house and we decided to do FSBO and Don still came out to our house to give us advice on what to do to sell our house on our own. Don would check in on us periodically to see if we needed any help and we had to take our house off the market due to a pregnancy. So a year goes buy and Don sent us an email telling us how well the market is doing and that now is the time to sell. We were already talking about trying FSBO again but decided to call Don instead. We had Don come out and he said he would have our house sold in 30-60 days which he said is longer than usual due to us living in a rural area. We had a contract at exactly 30 days and sold our house with no problems other than the usual buyer demands.
Don not only helped my wife and I sell our home, he also helped us purchase a new home. If you are thinking of selling your home, Don will bring the buyer's eye to the table and help you prepare your house so it is shown in the best possible light. As you strategize the sale of your home, look for opportunities to adjust, and/or iron out the details of a offers/counter offers/negotiations, this responsiveness is very helpful. Don was also very helpful in setting proper expectations about market conditions and identifying conditions required to sell the home at different price points, thus giving the home owner the knowledge and expectations as to when they will likely sell the home and for what price. Don has a great support structure, network, and resources to assist with all facets of the home selling process....from recommendation for handy-man contractor to available office staff to facilitate paperwork quickly to availability of a box truck for "decluttering" that house, this is a full service realtor.
