Dewey and her whole team are the best! They always went above and beyond to help us put our house on the market and to price and market it successfully. It sold in 11 days including with an open house and power outage that did not deter our buyer! We appreciated their expertise, help and encouragement during the whole process.

My wife and I met Kellie Wood at an open house of another home. We were in need of an agent to help us purchase an investment property near Salem. After talking with Kellie for awhile, we felt confident that she was very capable and honest. We called her later and asked her to be our agent. She was extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. We found the house we wanted and she helped us make an offer. We had an answer the next morning. That afternoon, we went to the office and met Dewey and the rest of the team. Each one was very professional. They all helped to get everything together in a very short time. The entire process of buying a home with the Salem Real Estate Group was exceptional. We moved to Salem 2 years ago, and Dewey was the first person we had contact with even before we moved out here from the midwest. She got us into a rental that served us well, until we finally started looking for a home with her group. Kellie was the one who showed us most of the homes. As we worked with her, she was able to anticipate what we'd like and what we didn't, saving us time and energy. She got us into the home we eventually bought - a "for sale by owner" home. Dewey was instrumental with the details - home inspections, home warranties, offering price and contract details. Her expertise made us comfortable that we were making all the right decisions. Heidi brought it all home with the paper work and all the dates (scheduling and deadlines). The entire team made the process so much less scary and intimidating. They had answers for every question. There was always someone to walk us through step by step. Even after we signed all the papers, they were still there for us.

Wow, just wow. The Salem Real Estate Group is just a gem of a team here in Salem. Home buying can be a very daunting process, especially during the first time, but this team made it so much easier. Communication was top-notch from beginning to the end and they were so patient with our endless questions. We moved here from out of state and worked with them mainly remotely due to Covid and it could not have been more stress-free and seamless.
