Christy helped us fulfill a life-long dream of buying a cabin in the woods. We did another of tire kicking until Christy stepped in and and really helped us make it happen. She made the process easy and stress-free. She was also a good sport about helping us see some properties in some not-so-easy to access areas. She was a true professional and we consider her a friend now too!

When we decided to sell our Maine cottage we were blessed to find Christy. It was a challenging sale, but she handled everything with the utmost professionalism and kindness and worked tirelessly to ensure our best interests. Christy did an outstanding job helping us in all aspects of selling our property in Utica. She went above and beyond the call of duty and immediately answered my text or phone calls when I reached out. To me that’s very important especially when you have a question you can get that immediate answer. Communication is key and she succeeded at that for sure. I worked with Christy on selling my aunt’s property in Maine while I was in Ohio. Christy made the process as easy and seamless as possible, even though I was 15 hours away. I’m so thankful to have had her help along the way. She communicated often, paid attention to details, offered advice when asked, made sure things stayed on track, and even helped find local vendors to help me with some of the property needs pre-sale. If I had another real estate transaction on the East Coast, Christy would be my go-to call.

We worked with Christy for the purchase of a home in an area we weren't familiar with. She was professional and knowledgeable about the market and surrounding areas. She provided insights into the negotiation process and always made herself available to answer questions or help with research. The one thing that I really love about her, she didn't close the deal and vanish. She has stayed in touch and shared in our joy.
