Chris is an extremely talented real estate professional who made the process of buying our first home go as smooth as possible. When asked, Chris would provide information about the home and answered any questions we had. Chris was also very flexible with arranging house viewings, and getting our documents to us, Chris would even remind us when something needed our attention and was highly professional in our communication with him. Chris also provided helpful insight on repairs, and writing up our offer. If we had any questions during the process Chris was always responsive and genuinely provided as much information as he could. We never felt unsure of Chris’s abilities in this entire process and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!
We really liked working with Chris. He gave us great advice and the entire process went really smoothly. 19 days from listing to closing. He really knows the local market, and priced our house correctly, which really helped us find a buyer right away.

It just wouldn't have turned out as nearly as satisfying of a process without him.

Chris was outstanding. This was complicated realestate sale and Chris provided excellent service from beginning to end. He assisted us with all the needed repairs to get the house ready to sell by assisting with hiring contractors and acted as a go between, coordinating the work and overseeing the work to completion. We could not have done this with out him and I highly recommend him to anyone.
It is so hard these days to find someone with customer service skills let alone exceptional ones, or someone who goes that extra 100 miles for the customer. Well, Chris is that way and more, much more. If I lived in Oregon I would gladly wear a shirt sharing what a pleasure he has been doing business with and honestly, I'm not sure we could have done it without him. I rarely leave someone a review but I cannot recommend him enough!!!
