Chris Carozza and his team are professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Chris helped list and sell our Stamford condo and, while the closing process proceeded, he and the team worked tirelessly with us to find a house to purchase. They portrayed a great deal of patience and understanding through all of our indecisive phases. Given the highly competitive market, we were unable to find a house, but Chris and his team helped get us into a rental.Chris and the Carozza Realty Group always make themselves available, will return calls promptly, and are easy to talk to. Chris is very professional and clear in his marketing and strategy. He successfully found a renter for me for 2 years and eventually helped to sell the house when market is up in 2021. He is concise in his communication and keeps communication going during the process. He gave great references for people for house work before the process, staged the house virtually very nicely, marketed well and found the right buyers working with me. To sell a house and in the process ,to make it as easy and painless an experience as possible. He is extremely focused, and to the point in a good way.
