Matt exceeded all expectations. He was professional, responsive, honest, good natured. He has a ton of experience selling and buying houses in the area. We relied on him for many complicated details involved with the selling of a complex property. He was always prompt with his advice. He also has connections in the area for a number of related tasks, including contractors, Estate Sale companies, etc. I recommend him without reservation.

I have bought and sold multiple homes and except for my first home 30 years ago, I have not had to use a real estate agent. But when I moved from CT to NY, I had to hire a real estate agent given the complexity of the move. I interviewed three agents, and one of them was Matt. While the other 2 agents thought we could sell at a higher price, Matt explained why he thought we should price lower (primarily b/c we had 3 bedrooms and comparable houses in our area all had 4) and set realistic expectations for us. We were so glad we chose him! First because we ended up with a sale in 4 days, and second because we ran into issues with our inspection and he helped keep us stay calm and focused. Since we moved out of the house before we closed on it, Matt also met with cable and oil companies that needed access to our home while we were absent. He was always available for a question/concern and was integral in our conversations with the lawyer. But the biggest benefit was that we trusted him completely and felt very supported. We really enjoyed working with him on a personal level and would use him again in a heartbeat. Best realtor in CT, hands down! You will not go wrong using Matt.

We interviewed four real estate agents before choosing Matt. Although they all seem very capable, Matt stood out. He was professional, had a broad experience base and extensive knowledge of the current market all while being friendly and approachable. He initially walked us through each step of the process from pricing to timing to staging and the actual sale. Along the way, he sent reminders and checked in to make sure we were on track so that there were no delays or avoidable obstacles.He not only focused on the details of the sale, but also on the impact on us. When we seemed overwhelmed, he went the extra mile offering to help in a variety of ways. We had a few tricky situations that could have evolved into a much larger problem but Matt was always able to describe the situation in a professional and positive light while offering great solutions for both us and the buyers. We always felt that his actions were in our very best interest. We highly recommend trusting Matt to facilitate the smoothest transaction and get the best possible outcome for the sale of your home.
