Bryan did an excellent job at advising us on everything we needed to sell my aging mother's home. She had fallen and broken a hip and we decided to move her in to our house in Washington state. Bryan facilitated everything we needed to keep the process moving. He worked with us remotely through a complicated process to get the house sold. He even went out of his way to assist us in getting the house cleaned and emptied out for the sale. His positive attitude and friendly manner made a very difficult process as easy as it could have been. He was always encouraging and worked with a difficult buyer to get the house sold for the price we needed. If you are in the greater Simi Valley area, I could not recommend anyone more highly. He exceeded even our wildest expectations.
