Bryan is truly an area expert. We were extremely impressed with how much Bryan knew about each neighborhood and the history and details about each and every model of construction. Brian is amazing. He was professional, responsive and always went the extra mile. Loving outside of the property area added challenges to us. He was available to assist with details in our absence. He worked with us originally to find a renter for our property. That could not have gone better. When they moved away it was a given to use Bryan again to sell the house. I had a great experience working with Bryan. He walked through all the steps needed to list and sell my house. He kept me informed the whole time that the house was listed. When we had buyers, he helped me know my options and advised me on each offer. He negotiated with the buyers to get me the price that I wanted. He had a notary go through all the paperwork with me that was needed for the escrow company. After the inspection of the property he negotiated with the buyers on the repairs needed that satisfied both the buyers and myself. I am highly satisfied with Bryan and will gladly refer him to any other sellers or buyers.
