Truly 5 stars all around! We worked with Brock for almost a year, and a half, trying to find the perfect house for the right price. At no point did he give up, or ever try to push us into something we didn’t want. He is knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with! He answered all of our questions, and was willing to always go to bat for us! 20/10 will always recommend!

Brock goes above and beyond as a Realtor, we bought our home with him 4 years ago and was so impressed, we had him sell it this year so we could build a house, which he is also managing the project for us. He has been open and honest about all questions during the process. When we originally bought our house through him, we were new to the area and as we were looking at houses, he share his knowledge of Muskegon, from what beaches were pet friendly to great places to eat. He made us feel welcome to the community and made the home purchasing process stress free. We would not hesitate to recommend Brock Carlston and Nexes to buy or sell your home.

I’m finishing up buying my first house and Brock couldn’t have made the process more clear and easy. He is always a text or phone call away. We experienced some issues and he was quick to write up an addendum to the purchase agreement and was in quick contact with the seller’s agent.
