Blake Rogers was so amazing to work with during the entire home buying process. It was our first time buying a home, and he was so patient and kind to us! Our experience with Blake was a very positive one. We purchased a REO property which ended up having multiple offers. Blake kept us informed and was very prompt with submitting our offers and following up with the sellers agent. Once our offer was accepted he worked with our mortgage lender and the sellers agent to make sure all the paper work was submitted in a timely manner. Our mortgage lenders assistant told my wife and I that Blake was the most prompt agent she had ever worked with. We felt like he genuinely cared about our needs. We would most definitely recommend Blake to anyone.

Blake worked with us for years (quite literally) to find our perfect "forever" home. He was patient and listened to what we wanted in a home. When we finally found what we were looking for, Blake did an excellent job of representing us as buyers. Once we were ready to sell our starter home, we again turned to Blake. He gave us feedback from potential buyers and made suggestions as to what we could to do to help facilitate the sale. Highly recommend Blake!
