My wife and I have used Bill for several home sales and home purchases in the last 5 years; both to purchase our home as well as just this Month; to sell my Aunt's home due to her passing. It took only 21 days from the date the listing was signed and posted on the MLS to the closing date !We have known Bill personally as well through work relationships, he is very skilled in knowing of the buyers needs or sellers needs along with having a great personality and being resourceful in bringing a potential buyer or seller together. He keeps you frequently updated and works well with other brokers and has relationships with most of them. A very trustworthy person who is very professional too.Having a family, he is very aware of family needs in selecting a home as well. We certainly recommend Fontaine Realty, as they are a down to earth, easy to deal with firm being one of the few that has a large behind the scenes support team, so your broker can focus on you and helping you find a new home or sell your existing one.

My wife Rachel and I, saw a very nice home, with a much wanted location for us in October 2014. We inquired as to who the realtor would be, and found that it was Bill Bergeron of Fontaine Realty, and we requested a “showing” of the home. <br/><br/>After viewing the home, and with much thought of a 2-3 week period on whether we should pursue this, we decided to list our home, and we put an offer on the new home.<br/><br/>Our home was listed on a Friday with Fontaine Realty, and on the next day, (Saturday) there was one, “showing” of our home, and the following day, (Sunday) there were 2 more “showings”. On Monday, we had 3 offers, and we accepted the highest offer, which was above our asking price. So, it took just 3 days to sell our home.<br/><br/>So then the process of doing the deed search, surveys, building inspections, and other paperwork began. Granted there problems that cropped up, as with any home sale or purchase, but our realtor Bill Bergeron, with his expertise, and knowledge, always worked everything out for us. We would send him an email with a concern that we had, and he always answered the email very quickly, (it was always good to know that we wouldn’t have to wait for hours, or overnight to hear back from him).<br/><br/>We are now in our new home, and enjoying immensely our new surroundings, and we are very thankful that we chose such a good realtor, and Realty Agency as Bill Bergeron, and Fontaine Realty.<br/><br/>Feb. 2015 <br/><br/>Jim & RachelTurner, ME
