Selling our house turned out to be a very long and arduous process involving much legal title work and a ton of patience. Gina hung in there and worked with us every step of the way keeping our buyers interested when the sale looked like it might turn sour. She worked very well with the buyers agent. We are very pleased that we selected Gina as our agent. I would highly recommend her.

Our house sale was not easy, There were lots of title issues that need to be resolved. Gina and her team hug in there and keep encouraging the purchaser to hang inthere as well. From the approval of the offer, it took 9 months of investigation and three closing extensions to make it all happen. In the end it all worked out wnd the buyers and sellers were very happy with the sale. Well done to the Gina team!!

Gina is a very experienced broker who represented both ends of my transaction, a potentially difficult task. She was entirely professional and the sale went off without a hitch, even when some difficulties ce up during inspections. I would highly recommend her as both a buyer's and a seller's agent.

Gina has helped me to buy and sell my parents home. And then to help me but and sell my first home. She always gets back to me asap. And is fully knowledgeable about every question I have, and if shes not...she finds it out for me. She doesnt waste my time and I dont waste hers. Shes kind hearted and makes sure we both make out fine in the end.

Gina Letourneau is an excellent professional Realtor who came to our house and advised us, gathered information about our property and gave us a ball park value that we were able to use to negotiate a price for our home with a perspective buyer who we had talked to prior to talking to Gina. This particular buyer did not wish to pay our price and dropped his offer. <br/><br/>We called Gina and signed a one year contract with her and Better homes and garden Realtors. I believe that because of their state of the art technology few days later we had a prospective buyer who put a down payment on our home and less than 2 months later the new owner of our former home has moved in! <br/><br/>Gina and her team were right there beside us leading us through this process of selling our home. Gina did an excellent job helping me sell my house. When I first met with her I was blown away by her research and presentation skills, and she took detailed notes regarding my situation. I was comfortable that the house was priced well within the market, and it was under contract shortly after being listed. I relocated to another state during the process of the sale, but Gina and her team did an excellent job of keeping the ball rolling on the transaction and making sure I was kept in the loop regarding any updates. I would definitely recommend Gina to a prospective buyer/seller, and look forward to using her if I ever get the chance to return to Maine.
