Hello reviewer,Thanks for taking the time to read my post, hopefully you will gain some insight about Berry.Overall, Berry did a wonderful job from the very beginning of our relationship. His professionalism, knowledge of market area and experience in ensuring his clients are taken care speaks for itself. I've dealt with Manny realtors in my life and Berry was hands down "game ready" all of the time.Our sale was not super straight forward in my opinion. In fact, we had already moved out of the state. That said, Berry checked on our house during the big snowstorms, extreme tornado weather events and those darn smoke detector batteries going low! I think he even shoveled the front walkway for a showing!Albeit he was close in proximity this is not a normal "realtor" activity, but he did it anyways to give us some piece of mind. I think the most important thing about Berry representing you is that Berry made us feel like we were his only client. Which in fact he was juggling many deals in parallel to ours. Berry is definitely a professional real estate agent. He assisted me from start to finish even checking in with me after the purchase of my new property. This was far from being my first home so I have experienced many realtors along the way with Berry being one of the best. I appreciated his patience and understanding when it came to my particular needs when searching for this property. I also appreciated his attention to detail which made the process smoother. Boy, if I could give Berry 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! It's been quite the journey...almost 10 years! That's when I first contacted Berry, when my wife and I began searching for a home to buy. I'm not sure how we found Berry, and I wasn't sure at the time if we would retain him as our agent, since we were just testing out agents. From our very first set of showings, my wife and I knew that Berry was our guy! He was extremely diligent in taking us across multiple towns in pursuit of finding the perfect home for us. But unfortunately, due to no fault of Berry's, we couldn't make our numbers work.After it became apparent that we, as a much younger family, were not yet ready to buy a home, we postponed our search for a home. About a year later, we found a house we thought was perfect for us that we thought we could afford. We contacted Berry again, and yet again, Berry worked diligently for us, and he helped get our offer accepted. We went as far as getting through the inspection for the house, but we couldn't come up with a large enough down payment, and in the end, we couldn't close on the house. Despite our disappointment, Berry encouraged us not to give up and to continue to build our income and prepare for homeownership in the future. Over the years, I would recommend Berry to my friends, and he always took good care of them. Well, this year, we realized that we were finally ready to buy a home, and it was our turn to reach out to Berry once more.Berry remembered us after all these years, and we were overjoyed to work with him again. Berry struck a perfect balance of letting us make our own choices, but sharing his wisdom, based on his vast expertise. It was comforting and empowering to learn from Berry throughout the process, as he explained what we didn't know with clarity and patience. One of my favorite phrases Berry would say is "...at the same time..." because he always knew how to help us consider the other side of a decision to help us understand our decisions in a deeper way. It was these interactions with Berry that helped us discover a home we knew was right for our family of 6.Thanks to Berry's efforts, we officially became First-time Homeowners on Good Friday!!! We could NOT have done this without Berry, because we would've been lost. Berry guided us through every step of the house-buying process to the extent that at no point did we feel alone. He was always reachable whenever we had a question or needed some guidance. One example was when Berry gave us a few tips on writing an offer letter to go along with the offer we made on our home. This is significant because when we spoke to the seller at the closing, she mentioned that she reviewed 3 separate offers and that our letter is what "put it over the top" for her...wow!Our family is incredibly grateful to Berry for his commendable work ethic and his kind-hearted spirit - he shows that he genuinely cares, and he has an ability to make you feel encouraged, empowered, and enriched. If you are looking for a home, I couldn't recommend Berry enough! If you do call MacCracken, just make sure you Start Packin' because Berry will find a home that's right for you!Thanks Berry!

I just bought my first home and the homebuying process can be quite stressful and confusing but I appreciate that Berry has a very calming presence and walks you through each part of the process. He is very flexible and always available to answer any questions and to check out houses, even on short notice. Berry goes above and beyond and even attended my home inspection, walk through and closing to ensure everything went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about what to look for when viewing homes and has great information about the surrounding areas. It doesn't hurt that he has a fantastic sense of humor and I really enjoyed working with him and sharing many laughs along the way! Thanks Berry!

We called Berry to sell a house that was owned by our family members. He did a fabulous job listing it not only with professional photos but a thorough description of the house and surrounding places of interest such as parks, schools, shopping, and access to roadways. We hit some road bumps in the negotiating of the sale, but Berry worked out the kinks resulting in a timely and agreeable sale. He is well known in the community which is another reason to call McCracken and start packin’.

We've worked with Berry on a few different occasions. He is extremely knowledgeable, not only about all facets of real estate but also about the area. He was always very quick to respond to any concerns we had and was continually thinking outside the box to entice prospective buyers. I found Berry through an internet search. I had acquired a commercial property that needed to be sold. I didn't have any connection to the area and live over an hour away. Berry helped me price the property right and I had a great offer in less than a week of listing. Berry was really great to work with and made the entire process easy and communicated well throughout our time working together and was always easy to reach. He knows the area well and was also able to provide helpful guidance on getting a few repairs taken care of prior to listing.

Our experience with Berry today was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, organized and honest. The houses he showed us today were in the price range we were looking for and some of them we actually liked. We are so glad he have found someone who can help us with this process of buying our first home.
