Ben Bleicher is the only person I trust to help me with my real estate purchases. He is truly exceptional! His communication is simply amazing: always answers the phone, always responds to text messages, kept me constantly updated throughout our recent home buying process. Ben's knowledge of the local market is also a great help. It seems like he knows everyone in the city! His focus is on relationships, not commissions and it really shows on every level.

Ben showed me houses over the course of a couple of years. He wanted me to get the house that was right for me and was never pushy about making the sale. He is patient, understanding, responsive and always kept my best interests at the forefront! When I finally decided on a house, Ben and his team made sure everything went smoothly and that everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about the details...he took care of everything! I would recommend Ben and his team to anyone looking for a house or looking to sell their home. They were fantastic! Ben went above and beyond my expectations, which was very much appreciated!! I live about 4 hours away and was looking for a place for my daughter to live during college. Ben worked around my schedule to be in Lincoln around the holidays and showed me several places on short notice. He is very knowledgeable on the market and was very accommodating!! He was quick to point out potential issues with homes as we walked through them. When I did decide on a home, he provided a great recommendation for a local electrician that did some work to bring things up to date. Ben was personable, professional and hard-working!! Even after closing he followed up to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for someone that is going to work hard on your behalf, I highly recommend Ben!!!

Coming into a market where everything sold fast due to a limited supply, could've been frightening for a first time homebuyer. Ben did a great job of always keeping positive that we'd find me the one even when I wasn't sure. He was extremely responsive to any inquiry or showing request and always did a thorough look through of houses to find any potential deficiencies. When it came to offering and closing on the house, he was top notch with negotiations and quickly getting inspections scheduled. He was a true professional but made me feel like his friend. Really enjoyed working with Ben and would recommend him to any buyer or seller!
