Ashley is the most hard working, dream making pro ever she turned something that my husband and I never thought was possible to a reality at a young age we were able to buy our very first home! There is literally no one better than Ashley! Very early on, it was obvious that Ashley not only knows her stuff but that she truly cares about her clients. We'd been looking for a house for over 2 years when we met Ashley having put in 11 offers and come up second (or worse) as many times we were feeling rather discouraged by the entire process. Ashley was nothing short of amazing!! Ashley listened to our needs, guided us through the process as first-time home buyers with grace and ease. She hooked me up with an amazing person to support the financial side. Ashley was the voice reason when needed, and negotiated a pretty sweet deal for us to fine our first and possibly our forever home. The Josh Cooley team even held a cookout which was so much fun! Ashley did great job dealing with my list of wants in a house. I appreciated here willingness to respond to my numerous questions throughout the process.
