I would and have recommended Anna to my family and friends that need assistance either buying or selling real estate. Anna is the best! She is very knowledgeable, she's a great communicator, she's honest (sometimes brutally which I love), and she genuinely wants to help her clients find their perfect home. I have sold two houses and purchased three houses with Anna and if I ever need to sell/buy again I would not go with anyone else.

Anna Buono was terrific! She sold my co-op in less than a week for more than the asking price! She then handled the sale of my daughter's house quickly and together we bought a house to accommodate my daughter's family and me. Anna was very helpful with her knowledge and experience and saved us time house hunting. She didn't waste our time showing us a house if she didn't think it was right for us. Needless to say it was a very stressful time for all of us. Anna's calm and patient personality was a tremendous help getting us through it all.

We do not have enough wonderful things to say about Anna. She was helping us both buy and sell in one of the wildest markets of all time, but was able to handle every moment of our crazy experience with tranquility and poise. She was an advocate and support in the times that we needed it most and was dedicated and communicative every moment of the day, despite how busy we know she was outside of just working with us.
