My experience with Trey Willard could not have been better. I feel like I'm a good judge of character and I liked Trey from the first time I met him. He's knowledgable, energetic, conscientious, and keeps you well informed during the entire process. He generated potential buyers which started on the 2nd day of listing and every day thereafter who came out and toured my home. I had a signed purchase agreement in only 9 days, and that was right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. He exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Trey for all of your real estate needs.

The Willard team was so easy to deal with and beyond helpful! You want this team on your side! Trey was always very quick to respond to any questions as well as the rest of the staff! My house sold very quickly, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to represent us! Great experience :)

Trey and Whitney were extremely nice and very experienced. They were extremely relatable and easy to talk to. His office staff and photography crew were also extremely easy to work with. A couple of things that we agreed upon in the initial interview process were not done or forgotten about but ultimately we would use him again if we sold another house in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Trey was well prepared when we initially me to discuss the possible listing of my home. He came in with an impressive gameplan and strategy to sell. This gameplan allowed us to lock in a buyer within 3 days at full asking price. If you want to get top dollar for your home and sell quickly, then Trey is your realtor.

Trey is awesome. He knows the entire area, not just the neighborhoods but all the developers and builders. He was great at understanding our needs and fitting his expertise into our desires. He was always available to answer question, give guidance, and steer us in the right direction without putting unnecessary pressure to do any one thing or to go with any one option.I can't recommend Trey enough!!!
