Working with Terry has been a great experience! He's extremely knowledgeable and very prompt which, in this market, has been a godsend. Within a few minutes of making contact with Terry he was able to schedule a visit to a contested property within an hour and a half. He was very helpful walking us through the process of negotiation and has been patient and very easy to work with. Great guy, has done a great job helping me find my first house! He has been very knowledgeable about the entire process this far, and has really helped curtail the search to what I am looking for. He has provided me with extensive knowledge specifically in relation to strategy of placing an offer on a house, as well as things to look for in the home inspection. I am very optimistic that I will soon be a new home owner.
