I worked with Her and Blaise Smith in our house buying process. Man they mad it so easy. From start to finish. On top of that they got me a lender that works with the VA. Some said I should have shopped around. I’m happy and excited with my choice. Blaise was there the whole way

None. We connected, but it did not work out. • 2020
I was very disappointed with her during the process of negotiation it appeared that she was not representing me as I believe and I more so believed she only wanted me to buy the house. The initial questions I had, she did not seek out or if she did she only lacked to convey to me. The negotiation did not go through , although I had more information that I wanted to speak to her about and I was put on hold and the phone hung up and I never heard back from her again. During the beginning she was quite active and motivated to helping me buy a property.

Teresa made the home selling and buying process very easy. This was our first time selling and we knew very little. But she walked us through every step and answered all questions. She is very knowledgeable about her field and takes very good care of her clients. So glad that we were referred to work with her.

Prompt return of calls and messages. willing to go the extra mile for the client, it amazes me how much she will do to advise you of decisions and the knowledge she holds of the housing market and each listing . Truly amazing person I would recommend to anyone, whether buying selling or just looking for future investments
