I had a great experience selling my home with Talia. She did a great job listing the property and helped me navigate that process quickly and effectively. Talia was great to work with and helped us both buy and sell our home. Buying our new house was a much easier and smooth process, and Talia made sure everything went seamlessly from start to finish.Selling our other house was more challenging, especially when it came to dealing with the buyer’s realtor, but Talia handled it all professionally and kept things moving forward. My experience with Talia was horrendous! Talia only cares about her reputation, not her clients. I was my own realtor, Talia was absent throughout my buying experience. I went through hell throughout the process! I lost money, experienced a mental ordeal, harassment from the leadership of the builder and all Talia did, was to send the builder two sentence emails. I was the one going to the community, dealing with the sales agent and leadership, talking to the project manager and overall progress of a home that ultimately never bought! I will NEVER recommend her as a realtor! She lacked interest and was not there for me! I did all the work! She lost complete interest, once she knew that a sale was not going to take place. Horrible! Just horrible!

Talia was an outstanding realtor who went above and beyond for us. We first connected with her online while living out of state, and she immediately jumped into action to help with our home search. She listened carefully to our list of needs and wants, quickly setting up showings for the dates we were able to visit. I especially appreciated that she sent us a travel guide with local recommendations—it made our trips to Greenville even more enjoyable. She even took the time to drive us through downtown Greer, which really helped us get a feel for the community.Throughout the process, Talia was warm, patient, and incredibly accommodating of our limited time. Buying a home from out of state can be stressful, but she made it as smooth as possible and worked tirelessly to make sure we found the right place. Our situation is another prime example of hindsight being so much better than foresight. When it came time to leave our lake home and go to an assisted living apartment, we interviewed ten agents. Five were quickly dismissed for lack of experience, people skills, or productivity selling our type of home.Interviewing the remaining five was more time consuming because all showed good qualities but we finally narrowed it down to two candidates. One actually lived on our lake, was very familiar with the area’s listings and sales from the last few years, as well as the local amenities. The other was Talia, who did not live on our lake, but was very personable and knowledgeable, and had sold over 100 houses in the previous year. It was a tough decision, but finally we chose the agent who lived on our lake. We had a few offers but no contract resulted, and when the agent’s six month contract expired we decided not to renew. We then gave Talia a six month contract and she brought new energy to the process. Genuinely interested to know what features of our home were important to us, Talia suggested we write a letter to the buyer, conveying personal stories about our home and what makes it so special. This showed her unique ability to connect with her clients. Within four months she brought us three contracts, and the third contract was the charm: the ideal couple who appreciated everything about our home.In summary, we wished we had paid more attention to what we now know is really the most important real estate agent statistic: their last year’s THROUGHPUT. It summarizes everything truthfully, no matter what an agent or others tell you. A typical agent sells/buys perhaps 10–20 homes a year. Talia averages two per week for the last year. My wife and I know Talia’s charming and warm nature are the reason for her success, and therefore ours. What more do you need to know!
