We are first-time homebuyers. Scott was recommended to us by many people in the city. Due to his connections and diligence, within a matter of days, we were pre-qualified, secured with him as our agent, and ready to seriously consider a home! Scott went above and beyond to serve us by driving far distances to open the home for us, texting/calling us to keep us informed, answering my numerous questions (no matter how repetitive they were), helping us understand the home-buying process, giving us recommendations and connections to electricians, plumbers, etc., and sharing honest information to us. Not only that, but he made the stressful, serious first home-buying experience a fun, smooth, and easier process as his humor and personality made us feel more comfortable and at ease. Scott helped us sell our home last fall, and with purchasing a new home in spring 2024. The purchase was complicated by title problems and a judgment. It took almost 6 months and would not have happened without Scott’s persistence and tenacity. He tracked down the correct person and was in regular communication for months to work through all the problems. The deal would not have happened without him! I cannot recommend Scott highly enough for his professionalism, honesty, and work ethic.
