Working with Roni Haskell was the best decision we made in our home journey. From the first conversation, we could tell she truly understands the Summerville and Charleston market. She did more than show us houses. She explained everything in a way that helped us feel confident about every choice we made. We never felt pushed or rushed. She simply guided us with honesty and experience.Her communication is incredible. She answered questions quickly, stayed patient with us through every twist and turn, and made us feel like we were her only clients. I highly recommend Roni and her team. They are extremely efficient and understand the market of Charleston and the surrounding area. From our first meeting, I knew we were in good hands. Roni came prepared, and gave us an overview of previous sales on James Island, her prediction on what we'd make on the sale of our home (she was right!), and 2 different approaches to selling our home. We went with her more aggressive option and had multiple offers in 3 days! I've bought and sold a lot of houses in numerous states and this has been one of the easiest and least stressful home sales experiences...all because of Roni and her team. From recommending a pressure washer and lawn care company to having gorgeous photos taken of our home, to her brilliant marketing strategies...I could go on and on... Suffice it to say, I highly recommend Roni Haskell and her team to anyone!

We had such an amazing experience working with Allison Salmon.. we couldn’t be happier with our new home. She is very friendly, above and beyond helpful, and professional. I did not deal with Roni directly. Harel Howze was my agent and I can't say enough about her abilities. She did an amazing job helping to get a contract accepted. She was also instrumental in getting me through the closing. Harel has an extensive list of contractors to provide help with estimated costs for repairs etc. I would 100% recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you Harel, you are awesome!!

Ashley Acra did an outstanding job and found the perfect home for us. There aren’t enough words to express how thankful and grateful we are for all her services. Valerie did an excellent job helping me close on my first home! She was very diligent and worked tirelessly to help me close on my home even when the seller’s agent was less than cooperative. If anyone is looking to buy or sell property I would highly recommend Valerie Furman, she’s the best!
