Nik stuck with us over 2 years, showing us multiple homes until we found the one that fit our family. He was patient, had helpful connections, and was knowledgeable about the process. He was responsive when it was convenient for us which was very helpful. We enjoyed working with him as have our friends and family.

Nik brings an enthusiasm to the house selling process that I wasn't expecting. He worked hard from beginning to end. His use of photography, drone footage, and social media to help sell my house are what made the difference in my opinion. Nik created some major buzz surrounding my house and as a result, we went under contract almost immediately. If my back didn't hurt all the time, I would lug him around showing him off to everybody!

Nic did a great job listing and promoting our property for sale during this challenging COVID-19 situation. He and his team did great photos and video showing the property vie the internet which attracted many interested potential buyers. We would recommend Nic's services to anyone.

Nik made the process of selling our home incredibly easy and quick. He was always very helpful in helping us understand the process of what we were going through too. He was always responsive to any questions and concerns that we may've had. I would highly recommend Nik to anyone looking for a good, experienced realtor that truly cares about his clients!

Nik Carter helped us buy our first home. Many people I know use Nik for all their real estate needs and for good reason. Nik is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to ensure that his customers get the best experience possible. Nik took the time to show us multiple homes over a period of several years. Despite us never committing to a home, he was always courteous and professional. We viewed a home once and Nik spotted a foundation issue and several other glaring issues. He immediately said "there's no way I can put you in this place". A lesser realtor would just care about getting the sale and it wouldn't have mattered to them. Nik truly cares about his customers and wants them to get the best experience possible. I know that Nik would never steer us wrong.Not only is Nik a wealth of knowledge and experience in his own right, but he also has great connections with other individuals involved in the home buying process. For instance, the loan officer and the home inspector that were recommended by Nik were both top notch. In other words, when Nik Carter is on your side, you know you're getting the very best service from start to finish and beyond. I would always choose Nik when buying or selling a home and I highly recommend him to any friends or colleagues whenever they mention they're thinking of buying a home.

I drove by the twenty houses on my short list in two days and my favorite was this one listed by Nik. I called him and he quickly arranged with the seller for me to get in to see the it. It matched the listing description and I decided to make an offer. Nik helped me put in an offer and after a brief negotiation, the deal was struck. Nik referred me to an excellent mortgage company and the entire purchasing process went nicely. Nik was always available to answer any questions. Nik is a very capable realtor, and, he's extremely likable.
