Linda made the sale very quick and painless, providing expert advice and local resources to bring the sale to a close. There is a lot you need to know for a home sale and it was nice to have someone to take the worry and uncertainty out of the process so I could focus on the decisions that needed to be made without disrupting my life otherwise.

We have worked with Linda multiple times over the years. She has helped us buy two homes and sell two homes. She has also shown us several properties when we were considering moving. She is very patient working through the process and the many issues you confront with what is probably the biggest investment of your lifetime. We never felt a hint of pressure from her and would always recommend her first for anyone, buying of selling.

She got my wife and I our dream home and never gave up along the way. She worked through the paperwork tirelessly and helped motivate us and direct us to resources when we needed them. She always was upfront and honest with us and gave us good feedback about every house and decision we made. 110% score for her, she hit it out of the park and was there for us every step of the way! Would recommend absolutely!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with her from the get go because she spelled my name wrong and when I corrected her she apologized but continued to spell my name wrong in our correspondence. I wasn't aware that once you sign paperwork with a realtor that you are contracted to work with them for a year (or something) otherwise I would have worked with someone else. At one point I was venting about the stress of home buying and the anxiety I was having because it was my first time and she said "well you signed up for this" which is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. She was not very responsive via emails or texts, there were many houses we didn't get to see before they were sold. She also was not present at our closing and we haven't heard from her since we moved in- no congratulations or check up, nothing. She seems to have gotten too comfortable with her position and is unprofessional and not serious enough to find you the home of your dreams - I wanted to warn any other first time home buyers to go with someone else.

Linda was truly excellent to work with! In our initial meeting, she outlined everything we needed to know about the process. She had in-depth knowledge of the entire region. She was extremely responsive and patient with all of our inquiries, and she was always positive and friendly. We ended up with the perfect home in less than one month from start to finish!

Linda is the total "buyer and seller" agent package. In early 2018 we lived in the Midwest, wanted to buy a home in the Bangor, Maine area and had to do it long distance. Linda helped us do that. Four years later we decided to take advantage of the market and downsize. Linda helped us do that. She was instrumental in making both events very successful. She began each event by truly listening to our desires, expectations, and budget constraints. Then she went to work with the absolute drive and determination required to research, identify, and present solutions to meet our expectations. Her knowledge of the real estate market, the buyer/seller process and local area/economic environments ensured her success. We selected one of the homes she found for us during our first house hunting trip to Maine. Our downsize experience was a duration of three days from day of listing to contract. Failure is not an option for her. Linda is personable, realistic, honest, and a nice person. She is the ultimate professional. I would not hesitate to enlist her services in the future and highly recommend her to anyone, either buyer or seller.
