There really isn't enough positives I can say about Larissa!!! We have used her for multiple purchases and sales and she is always ready to go way way above and beyond for her clients. She is the only realtor I would choose the Merced/Atwater area.

Larissa was great to work with. Very pleasant and had our best interests in mind the entire time. She made the home buying process a breeze. We contacted her and within a week she had a half dozen houses ready to tour that met our criteria. Being a first time home buyer I was impressed with how easy Larissa made everything and was able to explain all of the different signatures that we were providing. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone moving to/from the area.

Larissa was fantastic. We were dealing with trust estate lawyers who were making our lives misterable with one of our properties. After we hired Larissa she took these guys on and was able to get our house sold quickly and deal with these lawyers who questioned everything single detail but her knowledge and experience soon won them over too. We are forever grateful!

We have worked with Phil and Larissa for the last year or so, and have recommended them to several friends and co-workers. They both do an AMAZING job. They are honest, super hard working and very knowledgeable about the market and the business. If there were six stars I would give them one more. If you are buying or selling (or both as was the case with us) you should give them a call. They will make it happen.
