We started working with Kari while we were still in Texas. Kari was very patient in educating us on the local Carson City market. We decided to wait until we sold our home and moved to Nevada, the whole time Kari kept in touch. She found us the house we are going to retire in. I still can't believe what an amazing home with fantastic views she found for us in this extremely tight market!!Way to go Kari

Sandi and Kari were so very, very helpful concerning the sale of our home. We had moved out of state and the two of them worked seamlessly. My husband and I are in our 60's and electric/mobile communication can be rather challenging. Sandi was very supportive and Kari arranged for all the needed repairs. We could not have accomplished that from Arizona. We have sold two other homes and this sale was by far the easiest due to their dedication and professional teamwork. We've purchased 5 homes through the Smith Team and sold 2 over the last 5 years. They've been our agents as they worked through 4 different brokerage houses. Sandi is energetic and committed as an agent/broker. Kari is amazing; she handles all of the paperwork of the sale, and we never appreciated how important her role was until we tried to buy a house on auction and the difference was day and night. Kyle is the newest member of the team, but he's fantastic. I baked them cookies, I like them so much. I recommended them to family members, and all of us have been very happy with the services they provide.

My husband and I just bought a house and worked with Kyle and The Smith Team. Kyle is an excellent communicator, very responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process. He thoroughly answered our many questions! We love our house, and feel we made an excellent, informed decision to buy our particular home. Kyle is also very fun and pleasant to work with! The whole team is super on top of things and very responsive. We highly recommend Kyle and the whole Smith Team!!

Unlike most realtors in the industry The Smith team truly is a "TEAM" and all handle different aspects of the process greatly never had to wait for an answer to a question and were very accommodating to do things my way.House was on the market for 3-days and closed in 30 days!!!!!Use these guys with confidence the handle everything very professionally and make the process beyond easy!! Just sit back and relax while they work!!

The Smith Team is fabulous. You get 3 professionals to assist you with selling, buying, paperwork, and they also have a sense of humor. They were our realtors for selling our home and purchasing another home. The home that we purchased is in an area that has limited inventory and it was very stressful. We ended up finding the perfect home at a fabulous price.

Sandi and Kari are a great team. Sandi put together a great campaign to get my house sold, even through these tough economic times. It took a while just because of the large inventory of homes in our area. However, Sandi kept my home on the forefront with realtor open houses and made sure to followup with all showings. Kari was awesome in getting all the inspections scheduled and worked with the title company. I was always informed all through the process. I highly recommend Sandi Smith and Kari Breuer!
