If I could give 20 stars I would. From start to finish the team was amazing to work with! They listened to what I was looking for and ultimately found my dream house. They were there every step of the way to answer questions and provide guidance. I have zero complaints and highly recommend!

I had the privilege of working both with John & Scott. Both have helped be not only buy our first home but also sell that same home a couple of years later. Scott has a way of knowing EXACTLY what you’re looking for! After looking at just a couple of “no” houses for us he found us our perfect home! Anytime someone asks if I know a Realitor my first answer is ALWAYS Scott! 10/10 would recommend him for help with you home buying & selling needs! John and his team were incredible. We had originally signed with another agent and unfortunately had to terminate our relationship with that agent. John and his team were able to come in and sell our home in a very timely manner with professionalism and friendliness. If we moved back to the Greenville Area, I wouldn’t look any further than using John’s team again!

As a military family of four, we relocated from overseas to Greenville, and were completely new to the area. Mr. Bowen was very patient with us as we explored different options. His expertise and knowledge of the local market enabled him to quickly learn what we wanted in a home and therefore show us the best available. His professionalism, honesty, and negotiating skill made this monumental decision easy. John was so professional and helpful with the purchase of my home. He helped me negotiate with the seller and hold her accountable for details of the contract and the repairs she agreed to have done.He has a ton of connections, one of which has to be the toughest and most honest inspector in the area. He'll also help you get quotes and estimates if you're going to do repairs or get work done on your new house after you close.I was purchasing this house by myself, and didn't have a spouse or family and friends to help me. John was patient and didn't push, rush, or make me feel bad for being emotional or unsure. I walked away from the entire process feeling great about the choice I made to purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend John to everyone looking for a caring and hardworking agent. Thank you so much, John! :)
