Jeff Jones went above and beyond to help me buying my new house! And even after closing He helped me establishing utilities for my new home as wellas getting to know who to call when I need help. Jeff is a honest and super friendly guy! Always greets you with a big smile. Would recommend Jeff to allespecially those who come from out of town, Jeff got Mobile, Alabama in his hands!

Jeff Jones and his sidekick Avery Smith did an amazing job, from taking the initial phone call to closing the deal, he explained the whole process at the beginning and if I had any doubts or questions he answered them truthfully as if he was buying the house for himself. I WAS an out of state buyer that had to set up most of our showings remotely and he pointed out things that needed fixing or things that seemed odd to him. We appreciate his hard work and dedication and would 1000% recommend him for not only out of state buyers but anyone looking for a home especially in the Mobile area! Thanks Jeff and Avery!!

Found Jeff through his great youtube channel. A lot of information about the area on there. We decided to contact him, he showed me a few houses via facetime and helped us get the process finalized. Jeff and his team was a pleasure to work with. Great communication and prompt response times. I spoke with a few other realtors in the area a few years back and they weren't on his level.

Jeff is amazing. He sold our home, and made things so easy in the process. We currently live in England, and we were concerned about how all of the details would be handled, but Jeff was there with us the whole way. It was such a pleasure working with Jeff Jones when purchasing our home in Mobile. Jeff made this process so easy for me and my family. Like many people (and probably you if you’re reading this), my wife and I were looking to escape the cold snowy winters and high property taxes in New England. Most of everything we did was remote and Jeff was a trooper. I can’t express our gratitude enough to Jeff and Avery for their professionalism, patience, and knowledge when it came to finalizing our housing purchase. This team is the real deal. Having seen a few of Jeff’s YouTube videos prior to reaching out, there was an instant connection between me and the town that I used to call home the first 22 years of my life. I was originally born and raised in Mobile and when I saw Jeff’s passion for our city in his videos, I knew instantly that he was our guy. Just like he says in the video, when you call, he picks up! But not only that, when we finally met Jeff in person, I felt like I was talking to a long time childhood friend. This didn’t even feel like a business deal. Jeff (and Avery) were very conversational and super easy to relate to. We went the new construction route and Jeff mentioned things that I would’ve never imagined (like getting a home inspection) even though it was a brand new home. Who would’ve thought? Luckily we had Jeff because the home inspector found some small items that needed to be addressed although the home had been built 7 months prior. Overall, we love our new home and the subdivision we chose. Jeff Jones made this process very easy and convenient. There’s not too many people out there that look forward to selling/buying a home and going through all the moving process but the fact that we know a guy that can get us through it and take a lot off our plate makes us feel relieved. We highly recommend Jeff Jones and will use him again.

Jeff and his assistant Avery were amazing. We count ourselves lucky that we found them. My wife and I moved cross country from Northern Iowa to Mobile, AL. As you may expect it was a daunting task adding in attempting to purchase our first home at a distance without being there. Jeff and Avery have an expertise in communication, knowledge of the area, and used their resources to make this whole process feel almost effortless. We were able to virtually view homes in real time and ask questions as they walked us through via video call. Although they keep a busy schedule they were always a text or call away with answers about everything. Thank you Jeff and Avery we truly appreciate your guidance through it all.

Stress is a part of life and can become heavy and debilitating burden on your own. My wife and I struggled to get on our feet and settled in here in southern Alabama. We moved from Washington state and suffered numerous setbacks from having our RV stolen, credit challenges, and delayed selling of our home. We missed a few opportunities on homes we would have liked to own. Fortunately enough Jeff Jones was there for us right from the beginning to help share the load. He was positive yet upfront and honest especially when we needed it the most. His assistant Avery Smith was positive and extremely responsive to any questions at nearly any time. She was extremely helpful in researching any questions we had about the home we bought. They worked with us over 7 months to help us find the home that we could truly enjoy and continue raising our family. At times things felt hopeless with issues and setbacks can be quite discouraging. Fortunately enough Jeff connected with expert financing that ensured we were truly qualified to buy a home. All in all we were thankful for the expert care and support we received in buying our home. My wife and I were lost before we found Jeff Jones! We knew we wanted to get out of the Chicago area, but we didn't know how, and it was a very scary prospect to try to find a house sight unseen in a place we'd only ever visited twice. Enter Jeff Jones. I happened to find his YouTube channel where he showed all the wonderful places in Mobile and all it had to offer, and he seemed so nice and down-to-earth. We weren't used to that being from Chicago and so Jeff was a breath of fresh air! He really *is* that nice!His videos said he specialized in finding homes for people outside the state, and he wasn't kidding. We literally bought a house we'd never seen before, and here's where Jeff's specialty came in, and why we never even bothered to look for another realtor. Several times he went to homes we were interested in in Mobile and surrounding areas and did a virtual tour. He painstakingly went room by room, walked off measurements, opened closets and cabinets, and once even climbed up a fence to check out a neighbor's junkyard. To say that Jeff goes the extra mile for his clients is an understatement. We bid on several houses before finding the right one and it was an emotional roller coaster in a volatile market, and Jeff and his assistant Avery were there every step of the way. I'm sure he had clients that were in a way higher price range than ours, but we never knew it because he and his assistant were always there to answer every text and every call. Anyone can tell you that selling and buying a home and moving out of state can be an exhausting and nerve-racking experience, and it was, but if we hadn't had Jeff, it literally wouldn't have been possible. We've lived in Semmes now for going on three weeks, and after coming from Chicago, we can now enjoy peace and quiet, kind people, and can actually see the stars at night! We owe it all to Jeff and his assistant Avery, and we can't thank them enough.

Our family was recently relocated to, Mobile for work purposes. We unfortunately had never had the pleasure of even visiting, Mobile which made this transition feel insurmountable. Insert the blessing of Jeff and his lovely assistant Avery. We couldn't be more thankful for all of their expertise through our house hunting journey. The amount of knowledge and love these two have for the Mobile community is truly second to none. Jeff helped guide our family with ease every step of the way, regardless of the request. Whether it was information about schools, pediatricians, hairstylists etc. He had an answer for it all and if by some small chance he didn't there was no doubt he'd find an answer for you. Jeff ended up not only the trusted advisor we needed in our home buying journey but a valued friend. There is no doubt that when the time comes to sell our beautiful home he will be the only person we'll call.
