When mom passed I needed to sell her house and when the sale of her home failed the first time Fidel jumped in with a new buyer. From start to finish Fidel had the answers I needed. Everything went smooth with the sale of my home. I would use Fidel again. Fidel has a very friendly demeanor which makes him very easy to work with. When I would text him he responded very quickly. Fidel is pretty well known around here because when I tell people about my sale several people actually either knew him or knew of him. Keller Williams was wise to hire Fidel and I’m sure he is a top agent. I don’t plan on moving but if I do I’ll be giving Fidel a call as I enjoyed working with him. I haven’t run into anybody that has had any bad experiences with him.
