Eric and his team are AMAZING. Honestly that’s an understatement. I had a pretty complicated situation. I was filled with stress and anxiety over it all for many months. The empathy, compassion, and level of professionalism laced with a touch of southern charm, I received through out this process is unmatched. Everyone on the team was adaptive and accommodating. I did not have to ask for assistance in my situation. They set everything up before I could even reiterate it was a concern of mine. I wish I had more property to sell and or buy just to allow me to give them more business! Don’t get me wrong, they were booked! The office was busy but not chaotic. It was a comfortable environment filled with smiling faces and actual compassion. The board for appointments was filled to the brim, but I never felt rushed or like I was being inconvenienced. More importantly, I did not feel like I was inconveniencing them. I felt welcomed. Each staff member I dealt with during this process gave me their undivided attention, responded to each of my questions with a clear, educated, and concise answer. You could see that the office was busy but they made sure I totally understood everything and felt comfortable before I signed on the dotted line. The way everything is set up privacy and personal conversation could not be overheard by others. If all businesses operated like this the world would be a better place. Seriously. I will never give my patronage to anyone in the market outside of this company. When I entered the building I was obviously anxious for many reasons. They went above and beyond to make me feel like I was at home. More importantly, they made me feel like I was family. Do not hesitate to work with NOLA Realty whenever the opportunity arises. When it comes to buying a home look no further than Eric Hernandez and his team at Nola Living. He walked me through this whole process with ease. Eric was referred to me by my realtor in Alabama and did not disappoint. He listed my house in Slidell and we had a contract within 35 days. I actually had three contracts on the property. Eric went above and beyond to facilitate the sell of our home, we had more than one offer within 24 hours of listing! He is a true expert in his field; he suggested a fair selling price for our house for its market which enabled us to make a healthy profit while still being competitive with other listings. He was responsive day and night, always took time to explain anything we were unfamiliar with, answered all our questions, had referrals for services when needed, and provided advice and assistance for each scenario we encountered when selling our home. When our toilet tank busted and flooded our home the week our house was supposed to list, he didn't run for the hills, instead he provided references for remediation services, contractors, etc. He provided a suggested course of action, which we stuck with and just over a month later, our house was repaired with a clean bill of health and we had more than one offer from interested buyers. He takes the stress out of selling, truely cares for and takes care of his clients, and it is clear he found his calling in real estate; he makes it look easy. And he makes selling a house easy. We were 1000% satisfied and would use Eric again in a heartbeat.
