David and his team helped us sell our home and purchase a new home in a really tight timeframe. They were responsive day or night and would answer questions, track down information, and provide useful advice at a moment's notice. David never pressured us and routinely made suggestions that ultimately helped us negotiate a great deal for us, both on the seller and buyer side. We never felt that he prioritized other clients or his own interests over ours. This process was stressful, but David and his team were patient and made it manageable. Ultimately, and most importantly, he got us results that few agents could replicate.
David has helped my husband and I purchase two different homes during the time we’ve lived in New Orleans. He responds immediately, any time of day, and knows the area extremely well. We have been blown away by how hard he has worked for us, getting us into our dream homes! 5 stars doesn’t do it justice, he really is the best.

When I tell you I started out scared, blind and lost, I am not kidding. I had at least a thousand questions. He and his team had answers to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. They were there with me every single step of the way. David not only helped me to find the uptown home of my dreams (at a price lower than asking), but he also connected me with the perfect loan officers to complete the closing process. Everyone worked so well together. The buying process went from daunting to seamless.I absolutely cannot recommend him enough.
David Claud is the absolute BEST! There was no pressure, paid close attention to my wish list and found my dream house. He is very accessible, easy to talk to, taught me so much in terms of what to look for, very diligent and his negotiation skills kept all parties happy, especially me. We found David on Zillow. We were considering either upgrading our current second home or moving to NOLA full time. David was very astute in paying close attention to my wants, need and desires. He sold our previous home within 2 1/2 days of listing it and in fact had 2 full asking price offers! Kept us within our budget price points never pushing us to push those parameters. He’s excellent at what he does. Never pushy, never aloof. I highly recommend David and plan to do so extensively with family and friends considering buying or selling a home. Excellent is not an overstatement!
