Christian is amazing for both buyers and sellers! As a buyer he is very knowledgeable about everything on the outside and inside the home. He was able to point out areas of homes that needed work as well as ones that used nicer finishes. He was also very patient with us as we searched and continue to search for our perfect home.As a seller, he is persistent on getting you the best deal you deserve. He knows the market in and out and will get you the deal you want.Christian is excellent when it comes to communicating with his clients. Whether through texts, emails or phone calls, he’s great at getting back to you. If you want to find the perfect house or sell your home for top dollar, Christian is the real estate agent for you!
Unprofessional. Time doesnt mean nothing for him. He doesnt appreciate a new customer. I wait around 30 minutes. While I was waiting, another agent arrived with other customers. By the end of the day, i never saw the house plus when I called him , this agent told me to wait 12 minutes more to send somebody. BAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT.
