We had a WONDERFUL experience with Chris Smith and his team. They helped us sell our house and we were under contract 4 days after it went on the market! The team worked very hard to ensure we were happy with the outcome and provided a lot of information along the way. They answered all questions we had and responded very quickly to any questions/concerns we expressed to them. We wish we could take them to where we are moving so they could help us buy a house too!! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again and again if I was able to! They are very personable. Staging and crew was phenomenal! I highly recommend using this team for buying/selling your house. You won’t be disappointed!!

Chris and team were absolutely amazing. From the beginning, he helped choose properties for us to consider that we wouldn’t have found on our own, he helped us prioritize what was most important for us specifically, and always helped us to make the most informed educated decisions without feeling duped by anyone. He and his team are super responsive and took amazing care of us. We will absolutely use them again if or when searching for new or additional properties!

Chris and his associate Jean we absolutely wonderful to work with. They got the ball rolling immediately with my home request and before I knew it we'd completed viewings, negotiations and inspections. Unfortunately I got stalled up with a lousy loan officer (through no connection or fault of Chris and Jean), however they were able to connect me with a trusted colleague of theirs to complete the loan process and bring me to closing. I'm very happy I was able to work with this team, especially as a first-time homebuyer, and would absolutely recommend them and/or work with them again in the future.
