Easily 10 stars for Chris Smith and his team!! My husband and I began considering a move to NOLA, and spotted a home on Zillow that we couldn’t pass up. I did some research on local realtors and was impressed by Chris right away. I was further impressed that upon receiving my email out of the blue, he made time essentially the same day to give us a video tour of the home and neighborhood (we were located out of state). My confidence in Chris has only grown with every interaction - he is honest, thoughtful, savvy and kind. He provided excellent counsel throughout a somewhat difficult purchase process, navigating every step with the utmost respect for all parties. We were so grateful to have Chris in our corner, and delighted to meet him (and Jean!) at closing. Chris and Jean have impeccable communication, and have continued to go above and beyond by assisting with various needs at the house over several weeks after closing and before we were able to move in.
