Brian and his team (Sam is also fun to chat with!) were super helpful in getting my house sold above asking price and in super fast time, Feb 2026 when the market was supposed to be slow!Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the Greeley and North Colorado market!I firmly believe his knowledge of the local market and marketing plan helped to get my house sold in super fast time with maximum benefit to me!The Franzen Group only gets 5 stars as Zillow won't let me give 11!

In a down market, Brian was able to sell our home at asking price in under 60 days—in a neighborhood where many existing homes are competing with new builds. We were thrilled.When the initial listing photos were taken, Brian agreed with us that while they were good, they didn’t fully capture the essence of our home. He immediately had new photos taken, which made a huge difference.Brian worked incredibly hard throughout the process, hustling every day and generating 40 showings for our home. We’re so happy with the outcome that we’re now using him to sell our second home in the area.I would 100% recommend Brian.
